Just a heads up toilets are all being replaced on Tuesday morning. Right now the mens bathroom is taken apart as they were trying to find the source of the problem. Please do not use. Warn the students that in the girls change room, the bathroom is usable but clogs easily and drainage is very poor as is the teachers bathroom. Please advise the students to go to the washroom before they come and to use for emergency only. I am very sorry for the inconvienience. Please be careful and by Tuesday our problems should be in our past!! So very sorry! But it happens!!

Group Festival Costumes are now going home. Reminder that these costumes are the property of the studio and if any piece is lost, you will need to replace it. In most cases these costumes were made and material was used up, or ordered, and not available anymore.
The following costumes are ready to be taken home:
Ballet 2(Trisch Trasch Polka), Ballet 6(Klowns), Lyrical D/E(The Climb), Sr Lyrical(Wild Horses), Jazz B (Cheetah Girls)
Please pick them up asap and know that you are responsible for this costume until year end show when they are returned to the studio.
Company:
Company clothing: If any of our company students wish to order the Neon Heather Pink “Company”(american apparel zip hoodie…$55.00) you may bring in your order form tomorrow or Monday and we will have it specially logoed with VanDance Company, and whatever else you may want to put on it. We checked into embrioderay for lulu or triple flip coats and it is fairly pricey for 22 jackets.
Company performance Saturday Feb. 4. Meet at the studio at 1:00 ready with hair and make-up done.
We will rehearse all numbers. Dress and travel to Winston together for a 1:50 performance.
Costumes:
Celebration: Black Jazz Pants(Lulu style), Black bodysuit(any style), Black Jazz Shoes, blk fishnets(for students in I Like That and Can Can) I have gold vests
I Like That: Blk fishnets, blk jazz shoes, costumes are done and will be handed ou on Friday.
Can Can: Any style blk bodysuit, blk fishnets, blk heels, feathers(bring pins), garters, skirts( I will hand out on Friday)

Attached is an updated schedule for this week. There are changes, please have a look at this schedule for Festival Private Lessons, Company Private Lessons and Exam Rehearsal Sunday.
Taber’s Exam rehearsal is cancelled for Saturday due to a death in Miss Renee’s family. Please attend the Lethbridge times on Sunday.
Dance Power entries have been sent. There are still balances on fees owing. Please clear this up immediately!
Adult Classes:
· Adult Advanced Jazz will be Monday @ 8:30-9:15 Adult Adv Tap Monday from 9:15-10:00
· Adult Beginner Tap will be Wednesday @ 7:00-7:45(Time Change!)
Adult Classes will run from the weeks of Jan 23- Apr 2 inclusive (no classes the week of Feb. 20).
Zumba: There are Zumba classes running at our Taber Location and Kristi, the instructor would like to get a class going at our Lethbridge location. As VanDance does not run these classes, we only rent the space, please contact Kristi directly if you would like to join the existing class in Taber or be a part a class here in Lethbridge. Mom and Tots: We will try to get another Mom and Tot class started up on Tuesday Feb. 7 @ 11:00 (8 weeks only!)
All session classes are $99.75 (gst included) for the session (8 or 10 weeks depending on class)

This practice is very important for your child.
Be sure to come with hair properly done in a neat and tidy bun and with proper attire.
I have also pasted an attire sheet below.

Hello and Happy New Year Grade 4 Ballet Students and Parents!
We would like to make a slight change in the schedule for the month of January for the grade 4 ballet class.
Miss Renee would like to have the girls for both of their grade 4 ballet classes throughout January in preparing for the exam.
Instead of ballet at 7:00 on Monday, class will be at 7:45-8:30.
