Miss Claire, Miss Lynn and Miss Vanessa have decided to see students every week now for 15 minute tme spots.  Miss Renee and Miss Brianna are seeing their students for one more 1/2 hour rotation. Miss Pavlova’s schedule should be confirmed with her. Please have a good look at these schedules and let the teachers know if you are unable to attend these times.  There are students waiting for additional studio time.

• Tuesday March 27(Lethbridge) Wednesday May 28(Taber) Friday March 30(Lethbridge for Company):

Group Costume Rehearsal at the studios!  Parents should accompany and assist their children at this rehearsal.           We will ask you to have the students dressed quickly and then you will be able to come in and view them run their dance.          These will be very busy days.  We want to stay on  time…let’s work together!          Schedule is included on the attached schedules.

• Solo/Duo Mass Rehearsal at the Lethbridge Studio for all Lethbridge and Taber Students is on Saturday March 31.  The schedule is included on attachments.  We encourge all students to come and watch as much of the rehearsal as possible.  They learn a lot from each other on this day.

• Attached is an Updated Festival Rotation Schedule which includes Miss Pavlova’s lessons and some additions as well as changes.

• Note:  Control, Marching On and I Am are Scheduled for Friday March 16(please be in attendance!)

• Yates Festival Group Rehearsal to take place at the Yates, in regular dance attire on Sunday March 11.

• Group Costume Rehearsal for festival groups will be on Tuesday March 27 in Lethbridge at the studio. (Not Sat. March 24 as previously stated…to many students missing).  Watch for a schedule for this day for ALL Lethbridge festival groups. In full costume! No regular classes this day, rehearsal only.

• Taber Costume Rehearsal for festival groups is still Wednesday March 28.  In Full Costume!  No regular classes this day, rehearsal only.

• Company groups to do a costume rehearsal on Friday March 30 from 1-4.

Solo and duo Yates rehearsal:  We were able to get several hours on Saturday April 7(3:00-10) and still on Sunday April 8(3-10).
For those of you who booked times on the schedule that was posted…please re book on the new schedule!
Be sure to book with your own instructor.  There are limited time slots.
I will have the schedule in Taber on Wednesday Feb. 29 and then post it in Lethbridge on Thursday March 1.
Please note that Miss Brianna will be doing Miss Lynn’s times as Miss Lynn is away this Easter weekend.
Miss Heather will only be available for times late on Sunday.

Other details:
LethbridgeTuesday schedule is staying as is.
Thursday Schedule will go back to Tap 6 and Sr. Tap choreo on March 8.
Please keep your festival billing accounts up to date.
Company festival payments can be made.
Dance Power Vegas entries have been sent.  Be sure to have your hotel room booked.
Weissman’s Character Shoe Order has come in.  We have passed out the contents.  All items will be put on festival bills for now.  Please clear these up asap.
Be sure to pick up your festival group costumes as they are handed out from the studio.  Look after these costumes.

Waltz Parents:  Kelly Elser has finished the alterations to the costumes.  If she would bring Alexa’s costume, we will hang it in the office and you may come and look at how she fixed it up.

Sr. Modern/Hip Hop F/G:  Reminder that notes went home and you are to costume yourself.  Miss Heather would like to see these outfits on March 8.

Modern F/G(house of mirrors) costumes went home yesterday.  These costumes are tacked and will need to be sewn down better once your child is in the costume.

This will be the final 30 minute festival rotation.   We will move to 15 minute times for the next rotation.  Be sure that you are practicing.

Miss Pavlova’s private lessons do not appear on this schedule.  When booking times, please do not double book yourself.
